As we near completion of building home, Jo and I would like to reflect some of our thoughts concerning our building project.
First and foremost, no one could be more pleased with the finished product than we are. Only on the scene visual inspection of the final product can attest to the true quality of your effort. Anyone seeking a truly custom built home will find no fault with your construction.
Acting in the role of general contractor, we found your ability to coordinate your subcontractors to meet the final quality and schedule goals commendable. Your ability to manage cost escalation and provide innovative solutions to complicated technical problems was appreciated. We expected the building process to be a miserable chore, you helped make it fun and pleasurable.
We would like to extend a special note of thanks to each of your subcontractors. Each of whom fulfilled their obligation in a professional courteous manner, keeping with our expectations.
We well know our project was difficult due to the geopolitical position of the project site, and the delays caused by annexation procedures. Through it all you attentiveness to timeliness allowed all facets of the project to come together to meet the final completion date, despite the problems associated with winter construction.
In summary, we wish to again express our heart felt thanks for your personal service. Special thanks to Mark, Steve and Andy. They are true craftsmen in each of their own rights.
